The first is the one somebody upgrading most needs to see, because the symptom reads as a broken deployment rather than as one bad turn.

Two changes in this release behave differently for the person running the deployment and had no line in
Unreleased.A conversation that stopped answering for good. The symptom reads as a broken deployment rather than one bad turn, so it is the entry somebody deciding whether to upgrade most needs. It says what it looked like, what caused it, and that affected conversations recover on their own with nothing to run.
Where a handoff is granted. The handoff entry said the grant is "made per Bot" without saying where. It now names the screen and states the direction, which is the one thing about the pair that is easy to get backwards.
