What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR marks support in Node.js for tracing Step Functions to Lambdas via AWS managed services. This support already exists for Python, so no additional docs are required.

Merge instructions

Needs to wait for this PR to merge: DataDog/datadog-lambda-js#667
And for a new Node.js Lambda layer to be published.

Lambda Layer was released, so this is ready to merge. https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-js/releases/tag/v12.128.0
