What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

tags UI strings in agentic_onboarding, ai_agents_console, bits_ai, change_tracking, client_sdks, cloud_cost_management

Hi @ceciliawatt just flagging the mdoc file, please wait for @jhgilbert to add these to cdocs and then use mdoc formatting:

For the mdoc files, this isn't yet implemented in cdocs code so it's not rendering, but Jen has agreed to add it! It should hit prod later today or tomorrow but then you'd want to use the mdoc formatting:

Made changes, this file should be ready for when those cdocs changes are ready!

merged in master and did a quick check and no further rendering problems on the mdoc page!
