The repo was tagged v1.12.0 without the corresponding version.go bump (the release process step from RELEASING.md was skipped). This left version.Tag() returning v1.11.0, which the CI generator step uses as the source of truth to force-align self-referential require github.com/DataDog/orchestrion lines in go.mod files with a local replace directive, causing it to fight this PR's dependency bump of that same line in _docs/go.mod and samples/go.mod back down to v1.11.0. Bumping the constant also requires aligning instrument/go.mod's own self-reference for consistency.
