Adds a public page at /moderation/document/<pk>/history/ listing all moderator actions ever taken on a specific document. The page is accessible to all logged-in users, consistent with the existing transparency philosophy of public_logs and moderation_profile. An "Historique" button (clock icon) is added to the document viewer header so any logged-in user can reach the page directly from a document. https://claude.ai/code/session_01ASo7pRSr4hxD6jm6NrynSi
