Adds a modern top loading progress bar for page navigation feedback using NProgress.

Changes:

  • Install nprogress package
  • Create TopLoader component with router event listeners
  • Add theme-aware styling (light/dark mode)
  • Integrate into app

Features:

  • Automatic loader on page navigation
  • Theme-aware styling
  • Minimal 2px progress bar

Fixes #2729
