Domain Connect template for Kodo (https://kodostatus.com) status pages. One service, `status-page`, creating a single CNAME (host -> kodostatus.com) so a customer's subdomain serves their Kodo status page. SSL is provisioned on our side via Cloudflare for SaaS.
