Motivation and Context
We tried releasing a dart sdk via multiplatform but pivoted to a language implementation. It's released and used in production: https://github.com/Eppo-exp/dart-sdk
The dart sdk in MP was never released.
It never reached a stable build state and is currently failing CI.
