Added Russian translations for lessons 1-3. These translations retain the content described in the other translations
Added better navigation for README translations that are actually written in their respective language. This improvement allows people that are on a README that is not in their native language to be able to easily spot their language in the bottom of the README if they don't just navigate to the file itself in the repository.
