The chart and the changelog. The image is not built here: build.yml publishes multi-arch on a v* tag and moves `latest` only for a tag, so pushing the tag is what produces the artifact — building one by hand would bypass the provenance that workflow exists to give. The Unreleased section was written when the docs work landed, which was before scale, the namespace level, the responsive list, the keyboard and the screenshots. Those are in it now. One behaviour change is called out in the release notes rather than left for somebody to discover: Marsad no longer exits when it cannot read the cluster. A permission failure is a screen now, not a CrashLoopBackOff, and readiness still reports false while liveness deliberately still passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

One behaviour change is called out in the release notes rather than left to be
discovered: Marsad no longer exits when it cannot read the cluster. A permission
failure is a screen, not a CrashLoopBackOff. Readiness still reports false;
liveness deliberately still passes, since restarting would take away the screen
that explains the problem.
