If the user built the keyword detection application with GNU toolchain, some specific patches related to ML model component OTA update will be applied, these patches will cause other applications to fail. Hence, documenting the need to reinitialise the submodules if the user has built a different application beforehand. Signed-off-by: Ahmed Ismail <[email protected]>
