adds an accessor mixin to the entity renderer for acquiring the lightmap colors (copied from UIE, for the most part)
this also adds a textures/blocks/universe directory, i couldn't figure out how to make it read from textures/universe or anything but this works. i don't really know the specifics of why this does what it does, but it works.
I tested on the UIE portal (in place of its render port, and it worked)
