Organizes BlockColored
Adds support for blocks that don't use the same texture on every side
Adds support for creating colored blocks from blocks whose meta isn't 0
Adds support for CTM through angelica, automatically generated from base blocks
Redesign the extra colored block option to not require the user to manually select a texture
Allow users to create 3 new types of colored blocks: ctm, light emitting, and rotatable
Adds a second help icon that explains copying toggles, only visible with a toggle coppied
Adds chromatic tooltips compat, because why not
