A separate VPC network is not required now since we disable public ips for the worker machines. We don't run into public ip address quota issue.

Summary of Changes

Hello @darshan-sj, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request streamlines the integration test setup for DatastreamToSpanner and SpannerToSourceDb templates by removing explicit VPC network configurations. This change is feasible because disabling public IPs for worker machines has eliminated the previous public IP address quota issues, making a dedicated VPC network unnecessary for these tests and simplifying their execution.

Highlights

  • Test Configuration Simplification: Removed hardcoded VPC network parameters (VPC name, region, and subnetwork) from base integration test classes for DatastreamToSpanner and SpannerToSourceDb templates.
  • Integration Test Updates: Updated numerous integration test classes to no longer pass explicit 'network', 'subnetwork', and 'workerRegion' parameters to job configurations, aligning with the removal of hardcoded VPC details.
