HPCC64 Lab

HPCC64 is a human–AI research and engineering lab focused on complex technological, business, and social systems. The public wording may vary, but the operating principle is stable: a human principal retains purpose, authority, and accountability while an AI cognitive agent extends research, analysis, synthesis, and execution within an authorized scope.

The work asks how to:

  • understand systems as they actually operate rather than only as they are described;
  • make robust decisions under incomplete information and conflicting constraints;
  • preserve evidence, uncertainty, provenance, and reproducibility;
  • turn decisions into bounded, observable action;
  • use AI as a cognitive and execution amplifier while keeping human authority and accountability explicit.

Human–machine operating model

Human principal

The human principal defines purpose, values, priorities, hard constraints, consequential decisions, publication authority, and acceptable risk. Final accountability remains human.

AI cognitive agent

The AI agent performs research, analysis, synthesis, design, implementation, verification, and evidence management within the authorized scope. It must preserve material uncertainty and counter-evidence and escalate when authority, evidence, or execution conditions are insufficient.

Additional models, agents, tools, and execution environments are temporary bounded capabilities rather than a permanent virtual staff.

Research directions

Public research interests include:

  • resilient and mission-critical digital systems;
  • technology governance, compliance, due diligence, and transformation;
  • evidence, knowledge, provenance, and reproducible decision systems;
  • human–AI collaboration and bounded agency;
  • complex social and business systems, including incentives, power, feedback, friction, and gaps between formal structure and operational reality;
  • open, portable, and interoperable technology where it improves long-term resilience.

Methodologies

The methodologies form a connected decision-to-action chain.

IT Compliance Assessment

Establishes the Required State: obligations, mandatory controls, essential capabilities, and non-negotiable constraints.

Technology Due Diligence

Establishes the evidenced Current State: architecture, dependencies, lifecycle condition, operating capability, economics, gaps, and uncertainty.

RGTA / RGVE + MTQR

Risk-Guided Technology Advisory (RGTA) is the technology-domain predecessor of the developing Risk-Guided Value Engineering (RGVE) methodology.

MTQR means Money · Time · Quality · Risk / Uncertainty and provides common coordinates for comparing feasible alternatives and target states.

PASGR-7

PASGR-7 is a developing decision methodology for uncertain multi-actor problems. It decomposes the objective and system, exposes assumptions, maps actors and dependencies, generates alternatives, tests scenarios, compares trade-offs, and synthesizes a robust decision. It is not yet a frozen or universally validated specification.

No new acronym expansion is currently adopted. The historically recovered named sequence is:

Problem → Architecture → Scenarios → Grading → Recombination → Review → Run

EXEC

EXEC is the developing execution layer paired with PASGR-7. It converts the selected direction into bounded, observable action with explicit conditions, telemetry, success/failure logic, error handling, escalation, and reassessment. Its current model remains subject to further formalization and validation.

PASGR-7 answers what is rational to do and why. EXEC answers how to act without losing control of the decision.

Knowledge Fabric

Knowledge Fabric is the evidence and reproducibility layer spanning the loop. It preserves claims, sources, provenance, context, uncertainty, competing interpretations, and reusable decision state.

HPCC64

HPCC64 = Human · Purpose · Cognition · Control

The six system domains are:

  1. Value & Outcomes
  2. Actors & Capabilities
  3. Processes & Operating Model
  4. Evidence, Data & Knowledge
  5. Cognition, Decisions & Automation
  6. Technology, Infrastructure & Dependencies

The four recurring decision criteria are:

  1. Money
  2. Time
  3. Quality
  4. Risk / Uncertainty

Practical application

The methodologies are tested against recurring classes of real problems rather than presented as abstract frameworks:

  • business discovery and staged investment;
  • service and operating-model design;
  • institutional and regulatory navigation;
  • complex socio-technical change.

Unpublished project names are intentionally not used as public examples.

Repository

This repository contains the public static website for HPCC64 Lab. The site is deliberately minimal: static HTML/CSS, no application framework, and no unnecessary exposure of internal project structure.

Contribution provenance

Public narrative v2 — 2026-10-04

  • Direction / public-scope rules: Alex — defined the required page structure, prohibited public use of unpublished project names, required general treatment of social/business systems, required explicit PASGR-7 / EXEC explanation, rejected oversized slogan typography, and specified CTA/contact destinations.
  • Research / synthesis / implementation: Aris — reconstructed the public narrative from the canonical methodology repositories and implemented the static HTML/CSS revision.
  • Methodology-source check: PASGR-7 source recovery confirms that no new acronym expansion is currently adopted; its recovered named sequence and PASGR-7 / EXEC separation are preserved.
  • Review, acceptance, and publication events: recorded against the exact revision in PR/merge history rather than self-attested inside the content being reviewed.
