…#254) The demo's carve graph opens on the estate, not the ranking alone: bandedPlan extracted from renderBanded, renderCarveEstate composes the band panels inside a titled terraform member box with the demo copy's chant project boxed beside it. App ids namespaced <member>/<id>; TF addresses keep their ids so the morph (M2b) keeps identity continuity. Bare 'behold carve report.json' still renders the single-view ranking.
