Lakekeeper table preview tab is broken within our setup

In Lakekeeper, clicking the "Preview" tab from the table overview page gives an error:

**Failed to load preview**

CORS Error: Cannot access object storage from the browser. DuckDB tried to read Iceberg metadata files from object storage (S3/ADLS/GCS) but the request was blocked by CORS policy. The object storage bucket needs CORS configuration to allow: 1. Cross-origin requests from https://analytics.isis.cclrc.ac.uk 2. Required headers: authorization, content-type, range, x-user-agent 3. HTTP methods: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS 4. A note from a morning looking at this:

• Bucket level cors config isn't available in the free version of minio. The MINIO_API_CORS_ALLOW_ORIGIN env var is supposed to allow setting the CORS config server wide, but I haven't gotten it to work locally yet.

Thanks for looking at this.

I recently learned that the OSS MinIO is no longer maintained. An alternative used by Lakekeeper in their examples is SeaweedFS. Is that something that would support this?

It's also worth noting that we'd also want to explore what can be done on the Echo Ceph storage used for the deployed versions.
