MIDI import:
There are now more options for the velocity of long notes:
Fixed velocity: set a fixed value (or percent) to all trailing notes;
Fade-out: gradually decreasing velocity values.
Allow applying the stereo effect to trailing notes. Absolute panning values are gradually increasing;
Panning and microtone changes in the middle of a long MIDI note are now reflected in the imported trailing notes.
Add a new tool "apply pixel art":
Insert an image as silent notes to replicate the pixel-art effect, especially for setting thumbnail when uploading songs to Note Block World ;
The image may be scaled down but never be scaled up;
The image's aspect ratio will be kept;
Only utilize vanilla instruments to mimic colors, thus only 16 colors are available;
MIDI to note block instrument mapping is now adapted from the @u3002 mapping table (https://gist.github.com/u3002/cf4daa83bc82b5917fc86fb23815578a ) for better conversion.
