Fixes #8.

Summary:

replace the old nw-builder binary/options with a build script that calls nwbuild
stage app files and runtime dependencies before packaging
skip the missing icon.png Windows icon override
ignore generated build/cache directories

Verification:

npm install --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund
npm run build
