[Feature Request] Choose dictionary (language) to save to when adding a new word to personal dictionary (Multilingual typing)

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Whenever I add a new word to personal dictionary, it seems to be random (or if there is a logic to it, I don't understand it) what dictionary (language) the word gets added into.

Describe the solution you'd like
When adding a word to personal dictionary, add a dropdown into that small popup element that lets you edit the word before adding it, that lets me choose which dictionary to save the word into.

Alternatives considered
Current workaround is to go edit the personal dictionaries from the settings, where there is an option to change which dictionary a word belongs to.
