docs: Fix typo in JSON description Update en.json

What was the problem?

Found an extra closing quote (”) at the end of the description string in the JSON. Removed it to ensure proper formatting.

Before:

"description": "The “{{packageName}}” harbors malicious elements that have the potential to compromise the security of your Lisk wallet. It is strongly recommended to uninstall this app. Alternatively, you can choose to retain the app entirely at your own risk”."  

After:

"description": "The “{{packageName}}” harbors malicious elements that have the potential to compromise the security of your Lisk wallet. It is strongly recommended to uninstall this app. Alternatively, you can choose to retain the app entirely at your own risk."
