Functionality improvements

I added:

1. the possibility to turn on/off the file input via #define FILEIN
2. the possibility to turn on/off the file output via #define FILEOUT
3. Added camera input (v4l2src) with the corresponding #define CAMERA
4. Added shared memory source input (shmsrc) with the corresponding #define SHMSRC
5. Finally, I added some code to get the objects and its coordinates, in order to make the pose detection useful for end apps.
