Same-repo continuation of #277 — the NVSkills CI service rejects fork PRs, so this branch was created at the exact head commit of #277 to run /nvskills-ci. Authorship and DCO of @jensjebens's work are preserved.

Content state (verified on #277):

  • Skill directory is byte-exact from physical-ai-skill-hub-dev @ 889761b, including skill.oms.sig and skill-card.md
  • All 101 signature-manifest entries hash-match (0 mismatched, 0 missing, no unsigned extras)
  • DSSE envelope signature valid (ECDSA-P384/SHA384); cert chain pinned to the NVIDIA agent-signing root/ICA
  • content-integrity, metadata byte-stability, and benchmarks checks green

Plan: run /nvskills-ci here, merge, then close #277.

…t catalog re-sign)

Updates the catalog copy to the latest reviewed content from upstream
digitaltwin-performance-skill (7dfd131), mirrored via hub PR #247: NV-BASE v3.2.2
dedup cleanup (SPDX .md headers, ## Instructions/## Output Format consolidation,
instancing-guide collapse), Tier-3 eval schema migration (skill_name + evals[]),
the descent epic, customer-identifier removal, and the Tier-1 SDI-2 probe-snapshot
trim. plugins/nvidia-skills regenerated byte-identical.

skill.oms.sig is stale here pending a fresh signature: the hub signing pipeline is
currently blocked by a CI clone-auth issue (its GitLab pipeline can't clone
physical-ai-skill-hub-dev), so this content needs a direct catalog /nvskills-ci
re-sign — same procedure as physical-ai-neural-reconstruction #361.

The previous copy was an older revision of the skill that no longer
matched what physical-ai-skill-hub-dev signed at 889761b (SKILL.md and
evals.json hash-differed from the skill.oms.sig manifest), and the
signature + skill card were not carried over, so the content-integrity
check failed.

This replaces skills/omniverse-usd-performance-tuning/ byte-for-byte
from the signed upstream commit, including skill.oms.sig and
skill-card.md — all 101 manifest entries verified against the signature
locally (0 mismatched, 0 missing, no unsigned extras) — and regenerates
benchmarks.json. verify_content_integrity.py reports the skill ok.

Full skill resync from NVIDIA-dev/physical-ai-skill-hub-dev PR #247
(head ac0a52b): NVSkills Tier-1/Tier-3 fixes (evals.json canonical flat
root array, restructure-mode.md anti-refusal warn/confirm, SPDX header
cleanup in report templates) plus upstream dedup cleanup + descent work.
Direct-catalog re-sign path (#361) — hub sign pipeline fails at
detect-changes.
