Hi,

we have been experimenting with conda packages for ROS.
It's easy to build conda packages (precompiled) now for niryo, but some of the niryo packages don't install correctly. I tried to fix a couple of instances so far.

An additional issue is that the metapackage doesn't contain any exec_depend, e.g.:

    <exec_depend>niryo_one_bringup</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_camera</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_commander</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_description</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_driver</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_moveit_config</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_msgs</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_pose_converter</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_python_api</exec_depend>
    <exec_depend>niryo_one_tools</exec_depend>
