The schematron files were generated with an incorrect configuration, which caused unwanted changes in stage 1b rules. Go back to the configuration used in SDK 1.13. Also update corresponding translation entries.
This section was incorrectly removed.
Those rules were added recently, but cause problems with applications. So we go back to the previous situation by removing them. Also remove the corresponding item in the CHANGELOG. Update affected validation reports.
