Replace PdmField<bool> push button fields in DemoPdmObject and LineEditAndPushButtons with addNewButton in defineUiOrdering, and remove unused cafPdmUiPushButtonEditor include from cafPdmUiToolBarEditor.
Replace PdmField<bool> push button fields with addNewButton in defineUiOrdering. Extract address selection dialog logic into selectYSummaryAddress/selectXSummaryAddress private methods, and cross-plot time step checking into checkForMatchingCrossPlotTimeSteps.
Replace PdmField<bool> m_editPlot push button with addNewButton in defineUiOrdering, removing the field, defineEditorAttribute, and fieldChangedByUi handler.
Replace m_selectPolygon and m_enablePicking PdmField<bool> push buttons with addNewButton in defineUiOrdering and uiOrderingForLocalPolygon. Change m_enablePicking to a plain bool member variable.
