Hi @ylzang, I'm a little confused as to why you would be making a pull request from my examples repository into the master repository? Was this done in error? Would you be able to provide a bit more background as to what you are working on, what you are trying to do etc. Cheers Chris.

Hi Chris, I am really sorry. I was learning Github and did it by mistake. I was originally from the field of cardiac modelling. That is why I keep my ear open to this software development. Best, Yunliang
