Dit is de samenvoeging van mysql, galera en galera_users. Nieuw hierbij is dat we hier nu ook een nieuwe cluster mee op kunnen zetten.
Dit is lokaal getest om een nieuw cluster op te zetten. Op test2 is dit getest met --check of het bestaande cluster en de standalone db node.
Voordat we mergen moet dit nog met --check getest worden voor acc & prd en zal de mgnt standalone db in lijn moeten zijn met wat het hoort te zijn.
