Adds the approved Research & White Papers library to the docs navigation and creates research/openlifu/transducer-localization-accuracy/ for the study overview. Both pages link to the supplied Zenodo record. The working-draft status remains explicit until the archived file and release metadata can be retrieved.
Uses the shared Material header, navigation, search, theme controls, and footer, with scoped research styles matching the approved sidebar colors, spacing, and hover behavior. Library filters initialize on Material instant navigation.
Validation: local MkDocs build passed. Existing unrelated broken-link warnings remain unchanged. Browser checks passed for filtering, empty results, reset, navigation to the study and back, and the exact Zenodo link targets; no browser console errors were observed. Local research routes were verified. The Zenodo server returned a gateway timeout, so no PDF was mirrored and no release revision was invented.
