Changed import settings for the character CSVs from "CSV Translation" to "Keep File (No Import)". This should prevent them from generating a bunch of translation files in 3.6.2

Changed import settings for the character CSVs from "CSV Translation" to "Keep File (No Import)". This should prevent them from generating a bunch of translation files in 3.6.2. (CSV files are imported as translation files by default.)
