Xp-Level from all players = Worldborder Size Size will only increase and will not decrease on level lost.

Commands: /timer resume --> start´s/resumes this plugin

/timer pause --> pause the plugin

/borderreset --> resets all online player experience and resets border to startSize in the config.yml

/ size --> sets the border value, which is standard and is not yet influenced by the XP levels, so the is added to the XP levels of all players and the sum is the border size
