Updated README.md to provide comprehensive package documentation, including purpose, dependency rules, functional requirements, stability, and efficiency metrics. This will be copied to every package in the next commit.

not abt to wait, hopefully everything is fine.
* remove all references to rj_rrt and rrt from our stack * stop tracking source scripts in install directory (not sure why they were being tracked) * remove remaining RRT references * remove README.md because rj_rrt is now gone * remove flann dependencies (no longer necessary)
