Continuation of the PR #101 by bhstalel

Three commits :

  • Fix misuse of STM32MP_METADATA_NAME :

    • Rebased from the original MR over current scarthgap changes
  • MACHINE: resolve 'STM32MP_METADATA_ENABLE' integer conditions :

    • Fix the conditional changes because if '0' is always true being a string, needs to be an integer evaluation
  • MACHINE: resolve unsafe 'STM32MP_SSBL1_PROGRAMMER_NAME' empty override :

    • Apply the same logic for STM32MP_SSBL1_PROGRAMMER_NAME, empty by default, and related to the original PR issues

As usual, feel free to integrate the commits to ST internal releases and to preserve the commits current emails 👍 .

Thanks !
