Changes made
Added basic (battery percent) support for the Steelseries Arctis Buds. It uses the (seemingly) similar protocol as other Arctis devices. Used the Inzone as a guideline for how to add buds, although this one doesn't look to have a wireless transmitter in the case, so no case battery data.
Device feature a per-bud connection indication, but as there's no capability for that in HC, it is only used to ignore the battery value of a disconnected bud. Battery value, similar to Inzone, is reported as lowest of the two buds.
