Adds test execution to the nuke build pipeline and configures codecov for coverage reporting on every push.

Testtarget that runs test projects with coverlet coverage collection, generating cobertura XML reports toartifacts/coverage/coverlet.msbuildpackage for MSBuild-integrated coverage collectioncontinuous.ymlto run tests on push and upload coverage to Codecov usingCODECOV_TOKENsecretCoverage Collection
Uses Nuke's native coverlet support via MSBuild properties:
Coverage upload is handled by the official codecov action in the workflow rather than in the build script itself.
