Add test execution and codecov integration to nuke build

Adds test execution to the nuke build pipeline and configures codecov for coverage reporting on every push.

Changes

• Build.cs: Added Test target that runs test projects with coverlet coverage collection, generating cobertura XML reports to artifacts/coverage/
• Test project: Added coverlet.msbuild package for MSBuild-integrated coverage collection
• CI workflow: Updated continuous.yml to run tests on push and upload coverage to Codecov using CODECOV_TOKEN secret

Coverage Collection

Uses Nuke's native coverlet support via MSBuild properties:

Coverage upload is handled by the official codecov action in the workflow rather than in the build script itself.
