Calculate the fraction of reads that mapped during closed-reference clustering

• Input: count or accnos file (from sample fit to a clustered reference); list file (OptiFit result)
• Output: fraction of reads in the count/accnos file that mapped to OTUs in the list file

Already implemented in Python for the OptiFit benchmarking project. Want to re-write in R and write tests.
