… is waiting to publish While publishing was blocked (12-14 October), Indian Kanoon downloaded the same 38 judgments three days running: their cases were waiting on data-staging, and my check for already-handled judgments (#262) didn't count waiting ones. That likely used up the account credit, and the source has been refused since the 15th. A waiting case is carried over anyway, so its judgment is now treated as handled. A judgment whose extraction failed is still retried.
