This PR introduces update strategy for all components:

  • ClickHouse Operator
  • OtelAgent and OtelDeployment
  • Alertmanager, Frontend, OtelCollector, OtelCollectorMetrics, and QueryService

Also, the chart version for clickhouse and k8s-infra is bumped up.

In case of many nodes, the otel-agent DaemonSet update is very slow. And there is no way to change the update strategy.
So much so, the upgrade had timed out and reverted it as we use atomic flag in our internal upgrade scripts.
