Summary

• Replaces docs/images/hero-banner.jpg (v2.0) with the new v3.0 cinematic release hero image
• Visual story: fork dependency (left) → breaking point at vanilla OpenCode logo (center) → native skill tree with contributors (right)
• Optimized: 3168×1344 @ 2.6MB → 1920×815 @ 242KB
• Also syncs dev with the v3.0.0 main release (merge commit)

This is the first PR against main post-release, following the new workflow:

• Feature work → dev → PR to main
• Main = releases only
