CopilotUsageProvider and CopilotLogParser were already implemented and tested, but the README still described only Claude Code and Codex. Adds Copilot CLI to the capability table and explains the two limits that follow from how it reports: no quota window concept, so percentage, remaining, and reset time are all unavailable; and token counts coming from the per-model totals in session.shutdown, so a session only appears once it has ended.
