P2 Badge Host the badge under this project's control

Because the image source follows the mutable main branch of the unrelated machiav3lli/oandbackupx repository, deleting, renaming, or replacing that asset there can break or silently alter Token Meter's download badge without any change to this repository. Store the badge in this repository or reference an immutable revision so the release call-to-action remains stable.
