👋 Hi, I’m Jonathan

I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ocado Technology, partnering with engineering and data leaders to build strong technical teams.

I’m not technical, but I’m curious. I invest time in understanding what engineers actually do so I can hire better and collaborate more effectively.

I’m documenting my journey in tech recruitment — sharing insights into interview practices, hiring decisions, and what really happens behind the scenes. If it helps even a few people feel more informed or prepared, that’s a win.
