Public changelogs/release notes must describe capabilities, not the specific mechanism of a prior gap — that information helps someone evade detection rather than helping an integrator use the SDK. Rephrased the 2.30.0 entry accordingly. No code changes.

Public changelog should never explain exactly how a detection gap could be
exploited. Rephrased to describe what shipped without the evasion-path
detail.
