mmm scripts cleanup - #32

- scripts are now symlinks to a common script - which determines the cluster from the invocation - and handles differences between the clusters (i.e. the mailing list address and the contents of the welcome email)
- now they take an argument (`young` or `michael`) - and invoke the corresponding `-add` or `-show` scripts

To prepare for adding support for the RHEL9/Slurm environment to the MMMhub user creation workflow, this PR cleans up the existing scripts:
create*userscripts -- there should be no functional change (yet)Fixes #31
