This pull request introduces enhancements to the accessibility and focus management of the
Selectcomponent, particularly around popover closing behavior. The changes ensure that focus is properly restored and accessibility attributes are correctly updated, addressing issues with screen readers and improving user experience. With this, the broken NVDA reading on closing the popover is fixed.
