Fix, update dependency

Short Description

  • Noticed that the poetry.lock file was broken, so re-generated it
  • Noticed that on python 3.11 due to older pandas, you can't install vec-inf
  • Maybe we can add tests to see which python version we support and make sure the package correctly installs and runs tests for those versions?

@XkunW the #20 PR needs to be merged first and then this PR updated on that for this one to succeed.
