- import and register v13 upgrade wizards in core_upgrader - make v13 DatabaseUpdatedPrerequisite compatible with TYPO3 v14 service signatures (ContainerInterface passed to DatabaseUpgradeWizardsService calls) - fix RowUpdater instantiation for v14 by making SysRedirectRootPageMoveMigration constructable without mandatory constructor args - update README with TYPO3 v14 context and examples for running single migrations
