Issue with Device ID Changing After Reinstallation

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is an actual issue, but I’ve noticed that when I uninstall and reinstall the app, I get a new device ID. This is strange to me, as I expected the device ID to remain the same at the device level.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior?

@maxfrees iOS have this problem.
Tested on simulator iOS 17.5, iPhone 15 Plus.
Android is ok
I'm using platform_device_id_plus: ^1.0.7
