Add Agent Vesper v0.22.5

Updates the existing Agent Vesper entry to v0.22.5 with native TUI and ACP packages for five platforms.

Release

Adds confirmed guided Docker/Podman preparation through native Settings and ACP, with bundled browser verification, progress, cleanup checks and separate web permissions. Guided setup is a preview: real Linux runtime readiness was exercised; clean-machine package installation and native macOS/Windows authorization/reboot flows remain unverified.

All four required workflows passed on 39d6b9f2fd280e1bbda8e1431c26aa9e1a2e608d:

Release packaging passed. All 16 assets are published. The canonical manifest and monochrome icon pass schema validation; the Linux archive checksum and both binary versions were verified without installation.
