Adds RunWield to the ACP Agent Registry.
RunWield is a coding harness that supports ACP over stdio with Terminal Auth.
Validation run locally in a fresh registry clone:
uv run --with jsonschema .github/workflows/build_registry.pypython3 .github/workflows/verify_agents.py --auth-check --agent runwieldAuth check result on darwin-aarch64:
